The cumulative crude oil output from the Enping Oil Field has exceeded 200 million barrels!

Recently, the Enping Oil Field, operated by CNOOC Limited-Shenzhen Branch, successfully completed its 453rd crude oil offloading operation. To date, the field's cumulative crude oil exports have surpassed 200 million barrels.

The Enping Oil Field comprises nine production facilities spanning 90 kilometers from east to west. It is the oil field cluster with the highest daily production in the South China Sea.

Precision Extraction for Sustained High-Efficiency Output

Enping Operating Company has anchored its work to the annual production target, focusing on improving fundamental management. It has comprehensively advanced precision water injection and actively implemented the "1351" lean management method for pumping wells, effectively unlocking the field's production potential.

Currently, the field's daily oil production has been raised to approximately 13,000 cubic meters, achieving a stable annual production capacity of 4 million tons.

Digital Transformation for Uninterrupted Operations

In response to the challenge of frequent typhoons, Enping Operating Company has proactively pursued digital-intelligent transformation. Since pioneering China's first typhoon production mode for an offshore oilfield cluster in 2021, Enping Oilfield has achieved full deployment of this mode across all nine facilities following multiple upgrades.

This innovative system recovers over one million barrels of annual production that would otherwise be lost during typhoon seasons, effectively ensuring operational continuity during extreme weather and providing valuable insights for the digital-intelligent transformation of offshore oil and gas development.

Green & Low-Carbon: Setting an Industry Benchmark

While driving efficient production, Enping Operating Company has embraced green development principles by innovatively applying micro-turbine power generation technology fueled by flare gas, converting associated gas into electricity.

The FPSO "Haiyang Shiyou 118" alone recovers and utilizes over 5 million cubic meters of flare gas annually, generating nearly 10 million kilowatt-hours of electricity and achieving effective resource recycling.

Since its commissioning in 2014, Enping Oil Field has maintained stable operations for over a decade, evolving into a crucial production pillar for the oil fields in the eastern South China Sea.

The extraction of oil and natural gas cannot be achieved without desanders.

Shanghai Shangjiang Petroleum Engineering Equipment Co., Ltd. established in Shanghai in 2016, is a modern technology enterprise integrating R&D, design, production, and service. We are dedicated to developing separation and filtration equipment for the oil, gas, and petrochemical industries.

Our high-efficiency product portfolio includes de-oiling/dewatering hydrocyclones, desanders for micron-sized particles, and compact flotation units. We provide complete skid-mounted solutions and also offer third-party equipment retrofitting and after-sales services. Holding multiple proprietary patents and operating under a DNV-GL certified ISO-9001, ISO-14001, and ISO-45001 management system, we deliver optimized process solutions, precise product design, strict adherence to engineering specifications, and ongoing operational support.

Cyclonic well stream crude desander with ceramic liners

Our high-efficiency cyclone desanders, renowned for their exceptional 98% separation rate, have earned recognition from international energy leaders. Constructed with advanced wear-resistant ceramics, these units achieve 98% removal of particles as fine as 0.5 microns in gas streams. This capability enables the reinjection of produced gas for miscible flooding in low-permeability reservoirs, a key solution for enhancing oil recovery in challenging formations. Alternatively, they can treat produced water, removing 98% of particles larger than 2 microns for direct reinjection, thereby boosting water-flood efficiency while minimizing environmental impact.

Proven in major global fields operated by CNOOC, CNPC, Petronas, and others across Southeast Asia, SJPEE desanders are deployed on wellhead and production platforms. They provide reliable solids removal from gas, well fluids, and condensate, and are critical for seawater purification, production stream protection, and water injection/flooding programs.

Beyond desanders, SJPEE offers a portfolio of acclaimed separation technologies. Our product line includes membrane systems for natural gas CO₂ removal, deoiling hydrocyclones, high-performance compact flotation units (CFUs), and multi-chamber hydrocyclones, delivering comprehensive solutions for the industry's toughest challenges.
