The Reinjection Water Desander is a liquid-solid separation device that employs hydrocyclonic separation principles to remove solid impurities such as sediments, cuttings, metal debris, scale, and product crystals from fluids (liquids, gases, or gas-liquid mixtures). Incorporating multiple exclusive patented technologies from SJPEE, the device is equipped with series of liners (filter elements) made from high-tech wear-resistant ceramic materials (also known as high-corrosion-resistant materials), polymer wear-resistant materials, or metal materials. It can be designed and manufactured to achieve efficient solid particle separation/classification tailored to different working conditions, application fields, and user requirements, with a separation precision of up to 2 microns and a separation efficiency of 98%.
