Leasing Equipment—Desanding hydrocyclone

Short Description:

A desanding hydrocyclone skid equipped with a single liner and an accumulator vessel will be used to test practical applications under specific field conditions, including well gas with condensate, produced water, well crude, and other fluids. The skid is outfitted with all necessary manual valves and local instrumentation.

Using this test desanding hydrocyclone skid, it will be possible to predict real-world performance when deploying PR-50 or PR-25 hydrocyclone liners under actual field and operational conditions, such as:

Produced water desanding – Removal of sand and other solid particles.

Wellhead desanding – Removal of sand, scales, corrosion products, and ceramic particles (e.g., those injected during well fracturing).

Gas wellhead or wellstream desanding – Removal of sand and other solid particles.

Condensate desanding – Solid particle separation from condensate.

Other solid-liquid separation applications.
